Tanks are cars: excessive in weight, size, breadth, height and engine capacity for the task they perform. Australia is full of them.

APPROVE

[Cars under 2 litres]

Approve – Fiat 500. Toyota Prius, Fiat Punto, Citreon C3, Holden Astra. Plus Honda for their hybrid car.

Caltex – For the $3 / litre prediction. That'll teach them.

NO TANKS

[Cars 2 litres and over]

Mitsubishi No Tanks!

The message is simple. Australia's want smaller cars. Mitsubishi's closure of their car plant, hallmarks the reversal in trend of car sizes. While we don't like to see Australia lose jobs, we do like to see the end of grossly over sized engines in cars. Australian motorists voted with their wallets by NOT purchasing the new Mitsubishi 380. By contrast they have bought unprecedented numbers of Toyota Corollas.

WORST CAR ON THE ROAD

HUMMER - Everything about this vehicle says I don't care about the environment.

Their laterst Ad campaign states “Get Out Of It”. We wish they would.

NO TANKS or APPROVE?

Norway has produced a totally electric car, with a range of 180 kms between charges... It is capable of 60 kms/hr. Sounds excellent. We welcome its introduction to Australia in the future.
